Dear Members of South Cave in Bloom,

I recently became chairman of the group after a great deal of misunderstandings and upset between members, it was my intention to resolve these matters and re-start the group afresh.

However, since becoming chairman I have learned there is very little positive support from some members of the group, past and present. In-fact it has been made impossibly difficult. Members should have had the good grace to allow me the chance to be a good chairman.

I wish to apologise to the members who have put their hearts and souls into making South Cave a beautiful place to live and hope there will be a way forwards for you in the future.

As it stands there is no future for South Cave in Bloom, in whichever format it exists.

This letter is my official resignation, I wish you well.

Files and folders will be passed onto the relevant person in the right time frame.
